Our health is the most important thing that we need to put it as a priority in our lives. In this millennial circumstances of living, people usually derived by their personal goals and abandon their health and wellness which should be the most vital and valuable characteristic in ourselves. That's why we need to exercise to keep our healthiness on the very top condition.
According to World Health Organization (WHO) Malaysia's life expectancy is only ranked 66 in the world, this statistic proves Malaysians have poor healthcare. This also shows that to exercise is not just about keeping our healthiness good, it also increases our life expectancy.
We only have to spare at least 20 minutes of our daily lives to exercise, in the meantime we can rebuild our relationship with our loved ones by exercising together. This will also improve our healthiness internally which is good for the brains so that it will work with positive base.
Other than that, if you join any sports particularly that involves competition, you will gain new experience each time and build confidence in the same time. Because when we participate any sports competition, it means that we're brave enough to represent something.
Last but not least, exercise means keeping you fit and healthy, by that consequence it will keep you looking physically good and healthy. Looking good is exceptionally an icing on a cake for first impression.
In conclusion, exercise is important in keeping our healthiness not just as a priority but also keeping ourselves fit as a bonus. It'll also reduce our percentage of getting any disease.
